This year, there are several issues in Cache Valley, and in Logan specifically, that you can influence. There are people running for City Council with different ideas for how the future should look, and of course there measures in which "we the people" get to decide where we want our tax $$$ to go.
- School vouchers
- Road tax
- Tax to increase spending on CVTD
And of course, make sure you show up Wednesday for a rant or a sigh of relief, depending on how things turn out.

Thanks so much for the link. I will be an informed voter this year! Also, watch my blog first thing tomorrow. I'm going to post who and what I'm voting for, and unless someone can give some right good reasons not to vote the way I've chosen, that's the way I'm casting. But I's like to put it out there, so if there's a side I might not know, etc., I will then, uh, know! :)
Miranda - hurry and e-mail me. i have some questions about voting and such and i can't find your e-mail. or send me your phone # or something. thanks!

Alvord is too embarrassed to release who was his top candidate. We found our favorite calculator to be

I am excited to go vote this year. This year seems like the first year that I am really passionate about the topics and informed.
Thanks! I'll look forward to checking out your blog as well!
